Popis:	This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the "Grade III Level A hospital-community hospital family" -based management model.A total of 164 rural patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group according to the random number table. By comparing the two groups of patients' dependence, cardiovascular risk factors control, improvement of bad habits, and the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), the management mode was evaluated. χ
