The issue of establishing cooperation, establishing agreement and mutual dialogue, creating and maintaining partnership relations between different social strata of the population, local self-government bodies and public organizations is being considered. The main goal of creating a system of interaction with public organizations of the OSZN is toincrease the effectiveness of the social policy that is being implemented. Formation of the system of interaction of local self-government with public organizations is acomplex of required changes, reform of the social sphere. |
