Popis: | A Te report a case of factitious insertion of sewing needles and tacks into a child's feet and perineum. The child had several associated findings of physical abuse, and the foreign bodies were discovered on a radiographic skeletal survey. This patient illustrates the subtlety with which abusive injury to children can present, as well as the importance of thorough medical evaluation in cases of suspected child abuse. |
