Trends in the field of innovative technologies and their use in the judicial branch of government force Ukraine to adapt to them. The COVID-19 pandemic has made it clear that the existing system is imperfect and cannot meet the needs of judicial activity in case of emergency conditions. That is why the issue of improving the existing system, its modernization and digitalization is becoming important. This article examines the main principles of innovative activity in the judicial sphere, examines electronic systems that have already been implemented in Ukraine, in particular such as the "electronic justice" program.
