Popis: | The ESR spectrum of DL-methionine was investigated by the flow method first developed by Dixon & Norman (1962). By means of this spectrum four different types of radicals were detected and their coupling constants were determined. Further it could be pointed out that dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) treated in the same way showed a radical of the form O–S–CH3 in addition to (CH3 radical). |
