COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORT: ESSENCE AND CONTENT

Popis: The article is devoted to the problem of formation of communicative competence of future teachers studying on specialty «Physical culture» with specialization «Physical culture, recreation and tourism and recreation activities». Communicative competence of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports is considered as one of the basic characteristics of professional competence of modern specialists. The aim of the article is to reveal the essence, content and structure of communicative compe­tence of future teachers in conditions of educational process of higher education institution taking into account the specificity connected with «Physical culture, recreation and tourism» specialization. The methodology is based on the basic modern provisions of pedagogical science, psychology and displays the relationship of methodological approaches to the study of the essence and structure of communicative competence of future specialists of physical culture and sports. Scientific novelty: the essence of communicative competence of future specialists of physical culture and sports is specified, its structural components, the content of which is conditioned by the specificity of future professional activity, are disclosed. Conclusions: communicative competence of future specialists of physical culture is an integral component of professional competence and represents the awareness of personal and social importance of effective professional communication, an integral system of knowledge about the features of interaction with students and consumers of tourist and recreational services in the educational and training process, the ability to show flexibility in non-standard situations of professional interaction. The communicative competence structure of future specialists of physical culture and sport is presented by motivational-valuable, cognitive-activity and behavioral-will components, which content is conditioned by the specificity of professional activity.
