TECHNOLOGY OF FUTURE MUSICAL ART TEACHERS TRAINING TO STUDENTS' INTEGRATED LEARNING

Popis: Professional training of future musical art teachers for integrated teaching is defined as a coherent dynamic pedagogical system, as a combination of theoretical, methodological, and practical training of students, with the simultaneous development of the motivational and value attitude to such training. The author of the article claims that methodological support of the process of preparing future musical art teachers for integrated teaching requires the development and justification of the appropriate technology. The developed and scientifically grounded were original technology for preparation of future musical art teachers for integrated teaching includes the following stages: 1)Organizational-preparatory, which involves enhancement of professional competence of the teachers with regard to the preparation of the future musical art teachers for organization of integrated teaching; development of differentiated strategies for working with students and selection of teaching and methodological tools (forms, methods, means) for providing appropriate training for future teachers; 2)motivational-stimulating, aimed at formation of vocational and educational motivation of students, their awareness of the significance of the studied field of professional training, which involves pedagogical stimulation; 3)cognitive and activity-related, in which students acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for the successful organization of integrated teaching; 4)experience-praxiological, which involves acquisition of experience of integrated teaching of schoolchildren by future teachers during their pedagogical practices; 5)reflexive-creative, which corrects the content, forms and methods of the appropriate training of future musical art teachers based on the assessment by teachers and self-assessment by students of the effectiveness of the technology introduced. The above stages were singled out considering the specific content of the structural components of the readiness of future musical art teachers for the integrated teaching (motivational-value, cognitive-ideological, procedural-and-activity, and personal-creative). The article substantiates the necessity of applying to the integrative, systematic-synergetic, competent-creative and personal-and-activity approaches as a conceptual basis of the developed technology.
