Popis:	The article presents substantiation of necessity and main directions of application of re-engineering of administrative economic and managerial processes in medical organization. The approaches to financial cost analysis of the mentioned processes are also considered. The proposed methodology is demonstrated on the example of management of industrial safety measures in medical organization.
