Centering the education on the learner becomes a desideratum for quality assurance and competitiveness in higher education institutions. Innovative educational technologies, in particular the adaptive training, have enabled an effective educational process to be achieved at the “Alecu Russo“ Balti State University. The PADDIE Model for Organizing Adaptive Training in Higher Education, described in this paper, was developed in the framework of the institutional project of applied research 15.817.06.27A Directingthe development of professional skills in university studies through the organization of an adaptive training process (PROFADAPT) has demonstrated reliability and viability in different teaching situations. |
