Popis: | The effect of retinolc acid (all-trans) on the clonal growth of chronic myeloid leukemia marrow was studied. The results indicate that 3 × 10−5 M, 3 × 10−6 M, 3 × 10−7 M and 3 × 10−8 M of retinolc acid inhibits the colony stimulating activity of placental conditioned medium. |
