Popis: | Introduction. Fucosylation of acute phase proteins and serum soluble selectin levels is increased in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients and can influence leukocyte extravasation. Aim. The aim of this study was to evaluate the concentration and fucosylation of ?1-antichymotrypsin (ACT) in relation to serum concentrations of soluble forms of selectins in RA patients.
