Popis:	The paper covers continuing efforts to discover novel, potent and selective oxytocin antagonists. Further benzofuran derivatives with potent oxytocin antagonist activity and good pharmacokinetic parameters are reported. Efforts to improve the in vivo activity of the series are described.
