Popis: | The experience of wars and local conflicts on the enemy’s impact on airfields, in particular the analysis of the use of NATO troops in Iraq, Yugoslavia, Libya, military operations in Georgia, as well as the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine showed that in modern wars the main efforts of the warring parties, especially at the beginning of military operations, focuses not on the destruction of manpower, but on the defeat of key objects of the military infrastructure, primarily airfields, points and controls, air defense, communications and other objects like these. In this regard, the airfield should be considered as an object of influence. The full use of the concept of dispersal is one of the ways to preserve aviation, especially at the beginning of a conflict. Airfield infrastructure is very expensive and complex, therefore increasing the number of airdromes is becoming a big burden for the economy. At the same time, places for the dispersal of aircraft can be equipped much more easily than permanent airfields due to the lack of the need for their continuous operation. Therefore, road sections can also be used as temporary aerodromes. The joint use of aerodromes of various departments also greatly simplifies the task of dispersal. At the same time, all places intended for aviation to perform any maneuver, including temporary ones, should be in constant readiness. Maintaining such facilities in good condition will constantly require resource costs. The paper analyzes the current state of the aerodrome network of Ukraine, identifies the main directions for calculating the needs for the preparation and special use of civil aviation aerodromes, aerodrome road sections, field aerodromes by aviation of the Air Force of Ukraine during the planning and conduct of operations (military operations). Based on the studies, developed Methodology for calculating the requirements for the preparation and special use of civil aviation aerodromes, aerodrome road sections, field airfields. The developed technique takes into account more than 20 factors that influence the decision-making on the use of the airfield and a large number of technical parameters. The methodology includes a decision-making criterion on the need to build up the airfield network and provides an opportunity to assess the necessary resources in monetary terms. |
