Popis: | Partial molar pregnancy with coexisting fetus is a rare complication of pregnancy and carries significant risks to both the mother and the fetus. Maternal risks include abnormal bleeding and the development of preeclampsia. The fetus frequently develops abnormally, often due to abnormal karyotype. This case presents a woman with a partial molar pregnancy with coexisting fetus, including diagnosis, plan of care, and delivery information. |
