Popis: | The article describes a clinical case of a female patient with respiratory tuberculosis exposed to several cases of extensive drug resistance in their family. Tuberculosis progressed in this patient due to the late initiation of adequate treatment. Therefore, the total duration of chemotherapy made 5 years till cure was achieved and an endobronchial valve was used to heal persisting (for 3 years) lung destruction. |
