| Popis: | Abdominal compartment syndrome is still a controversial entity. We report on a patient who developed the classical hemodynamic, respiratory, and renal changes of abdominal compartment syndrome after surgical intervention for blunt abdominal trauma. A decompressive laparotomy improved the situation dramatically. |
