| Popis: | The following is a case report detailing what appears to be a previously unreported and unclassified osteochondral fracture of the posterior talar facet. This case report will detail the diagnosis and treatment of the fracture, as well as provide a brief history of previously reported osteochondral lesions involving the talus. The authors suggest a new classification method for these types of fractures. |
