Popis: This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of self-awareness skills and Anger Management on Teenagers Aggression. The research method was quasi experimental with pre test-post test design and control group. The experimental groups received training program in 6 sessions (each one hour), all participants answered the questionnaire in post test. Finally, questionnaires data and Demographic information have been used for analysis and Hypothesises were tested by co-variance (ANCVOVA) analysis.
