The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia in general and specifically in Banten Province starting from the beginning of March 2020 has given a hard blow to both the economy and social life of the people, the government is in a corner in a position to choose whether to prioritize the economic sector by setting aside, or prioritizing the health sector by setting aside the economy, this is like choosing 2 sides of a coin which are very difficult to choose, departing that it is impossible for public policy to satisfy all parties, the central government through the Ministry of Home Affairs issues an Instruction from the Minister of Home Affairs concerning the Implementation of PPKM starting from emergency PPKM to PPKM level , the implementation of PPKM both emergency and level divided into several regional zones, as a reference not to align the regions in the same conditions. Then this policy was also followed up by the Province of Banten with the Instruction of the Governor of Banten Number 15 of 2021. |
