Popis: | We report a case of trochlear nerve palsy that was the sole initial sign of an aneurysm of the superior cerebellar artery. A craniotomy confirmed the anatomical compression of the trochlear nerve by this aneurysm. The clipping of the aneurysm resulted in the resolution of the trochlear nerve palsy. |
