Popis: | For this severely impaired population of 37 patients suffering from chronic brain syndrome associated with cerebral atherosclerosis, treatment with 1.25 mg./day of conjugated equine estrogens over a period of about one year resulted in no measurable effect on psychological functioning or on mortality as compared to placebo treatment. |
