This deliverable supports one of the objectives of 5G-VINNI which is to present governance models for managing service specifications for network slice services for scenarios involving multiple domains, whether they are local or trans-national and inter-operator domains. It contains an overview of governance models and their significant attributes and interoperability options showing the practical options implementable within the 5G-VINNI facility sites. An analysis and description of the preferred options is made for each the 5G-VINNI Main facility sites as well as options pertaining to cross facility site management. A conclusion gives the governance goals, the ‘state of art’ in the real life 5G-VINNI facility sites and a future target including portals for each facility site, and as a common service point of entry for the 5G-VINNI facility as a whole.
