| Popis: | C4-2B cells were seeded in 8 well chamber slides in antibiotic-free media (30,000 cells per well). Twenty-four hours later, cells were transfected with ARR2-eGFP plasmid using Lipofectamine 2000. After overnight incubation, culture medium was replaced with low serum media (1% FBS). Twenty-four hours later, cells were washed with PBS-Tween and fixed with PFA, 4%. |
