Tts clinical appearance and its very elective localization on the border of the lip allow us to distinguish a particular type of Mibelli's porokeratosis (MP). The study of three personal cases and four similar cases found in the literature1-4permitted us to delineate the clinical, topographic, and morphologic features of MP of the lips. Report of Cases The patients ranged in age from 10 to 54 years. In these seven cases, all of the patients were women. The lesion began as a small punctiform keratosis, developed progressively, and attained its final diameter within six to 12 months (5 mm to 2 cm). Morphologically, the lesion essentially consisted of a central area in which the skin was slightly atrophic and depressed, smoother and sometimes keratotic.
