Popis: Genus Paracycloseris Wells, 1934 Type species. Paracycloseris elizabethae Wells, 1934, Campanian of Jamaica. Diagnosis. Solitary, patellate, circular in outline. Septa compact to subcompact in older cycles, porous in younger cycles. Septal arrangement irregularly developed according to the Pourtalès plan in younger cycles. Septal flanks covered with various types of granules and pennulae. Synapticulae abundant. Endothecal dissepiments vesicular, few in number. Wall synapticulothecal, irregularly developed. Epithecal wall generally present.
