The ability to actively monitor various everyday objects provided by the Internet of Things (IoT) technologies is increasing the popularity of these networks and leading to their growth. This scale of usage requires the provision of high Quality of Service (QoS) for end-users. In this paper is represented a study of the End_to_End Delay, Throughput and Packet Loss Ratio parameters in a real ZigBee network with end nodes from manufacturers Texas Instruments and Sonoff, and the author’s simulation of the ZigBee network in ideal environment. A comparison between the obtained results presented, on basis of which recommendations formulated for the selection of devices for the construction of a ZigBee network, according to the specific QoS requirements in the network, as well as determining the application possibilities of the simulation product under consideration. |
