| Popis: | The manuscript contains an explanation of how to find the specific proteins from the genome of the organism by implementing the simple searching method provided by the NCBI. In this report, we have implemented the simple method of finding all the Luciferase-like monooxygenase (LLM) proteins that may be present in the Priestia megaterium DSM319 genome. By the method, we successfully identified 5 LLM proteins from the Priestia megaterium DSM319 genome. |
