Popis: Professor Subbu Reddiar has made a great contribution to Tamil Literature and Vaishnavism. He was the one who made the world aware of the greatness of Emperuman Narayanan who made the Mangalasasana by going to the holy shrines of many Vaishnava Divine Places in person. He is the one who has personally visited and served one hundred and two Divya Desams out of the 108 Vaishnava Divya Desams and is a true devotee of the lord. Professor was the one who lived by saying that his chief duty was to do charity for Lord Vishnu. It tells of the Vaishnava divine shrines he visited and the glories of the greatness he realized and of the difficulties he encountered on the way to them. The Grand Vision of Perumal was not easily available. He won many turbulent circumstances and served Perumal. Usually, man has a nature by assuming an action has to be done and many misfortunes continue while doing it. At those times, they will immediately give up that action. But Professor Subbu Reddiar is different from all that. He was the one who has done it in the best possible way without changing the policy of having no matter how many hardships come; by putting all his miseries towards Lord Vishnu in the name of Devotion. In his texts, Perumal's sannidhi and the glory of the Goddess Thayar with Perumal, the sanctum sanctorum where Perumal resides are expressed with great reverence. One can see that about the news of the way to the railway station and how far to go in the direction from the bus station in his autobiographical works. There is no doubt that it will be a travel guide. The purpose of this article is to examine the texts of Professor Subbu Reddiar as a travel guide to the Vaishnava Divya Desams.
