The purpose of the article is projection of individual educational trajectory (IET) of a student during pedagogical practice. The methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, analogy and also hypothetico-deductive method were applied in the course of work. The structural components and stages of realization of the individual educational trajectory of a student during pedagogical practice are distinguished. The suggestions of the authors of research on the structural components and stages of realization of individual educational trajectory can be taken into account by the heads of pedagogical practice at the university for the implementation of individualization of education. It is established that individual educational trajectory at higher school is an individual path towards individual personal and professional development, which provides the choice of content, methods, forms and means of achieving self-defined goals in the course of implementation of professional and pedagogical functions with pedagogical support of a teacher-mentor. The structural components of individual educational trajectory of a student are following: determination of personal life and professional perspective, setting goals of pedagogical practice, diagnostics of individual and psychological peculiarities of a student, projection of own educational and professional activity, enrichment of subjective experience of a student with knowledge of structural components of school educational environment, defense of results of pedagogical practice and reflection. The main stages of realization of individual educational trajectory are prognostic, diagnostic, projecting, mobilization, procedural-activity, evaluative-reflexive, corrective. The study of the dynamics of development of professional competencies of a student during continuous pedagogical practice is planned later. |
