To clarify the nature of the interaction in the system, physicochemical analyzes (DTA, XRF, MSA, as well as microhardness and density measurements) were carried out and the T-x phase diagram of the Sb2Te3- GaSb4Se6Te system was constructed. The state diagram of the system is quasi-binary, of the eutectic type, with the formation of a limited region of solid solutions. The solubility based on the Sb2Te3 compound reaches 5.5 mol. %, and based on GaSb4Se6Te - up to 12 mol. % at room temperature. It has been established that the GaSb4Se6Te compound crystallizes in the tetragonal syngony with lattice parameters: a=9.79 Å; c=28.81 Å, z=8, density ρpuc.= 5.50 g/cm3 , ρX-ray= 5.57 g/cm3 . |
