| Popis: | Sphenoid sinus mucoceles behave as mass lesions producing erosion of adjacent bone and cranial nerve palsies. The probable cause is obstruction of the ostia of the sinus. We describe a case which was 'cured' inadvertently by a nasal polypectomy. |
