The purpose of the article is to form and analyze the main concepts of the regional model of the cultural heritage of Kirovohrad region integration from the view of the processes of modernization and innovative trends in the frames of the Ukrainian cultural policy. Methodology of the research is based on the cultural analysis and sociological approach that help to clarify the role and place of the objects of the cultural heritage in modern person’s life, to understand the specifics of the regional model of the cultural heritage of Kirovohrad region integration into the new socio-cultural context of land, based its effectiveness including the innovative programs and projects. Scientific novelty. In the article firstly the attention is emphasized on the necessity of development of the regional model of the cultural heritage of Kirovohrad region integration into the modern context from the view of “re-load” the cultural policy of Ukraine and implementation system reforms in the cultural sphere. Conclusions. It is confirmed that the project-program approach as an innovative tool of the cultural policy helps to solve comprehensively plenty of problematic questions in the sphere of keeping cultural heritage of Kirovohrad region. It is proved that its applying has to support by the correct manage decisions because of what the author insists on the urgency of developing and adopting a regional target program “Popularization of the cultural heritage and development cultural tourism in Kirovohrad region for 2022-2027” that allows to provide the practical realization of different projects with keeping and actualization the cultural heritage (museumification of historical and cultural monuments that are being destroyed, making system of their monitoring, ethnographic expeditions, forming culturaltourism regional space, development creative industries, etc.) |
