Popis: | 1. 1. Cytosol copper-zinc Superoxide dismutase was isolated from marine fish (Gadus morhua) liver and some new conditions of SOD† preparation and purification were established. 2. 2. Effect of DDC and heat on the enzyme activity were tested. Fish SOD exhibited a high sensitivity to DDC and relative thermostability. 3. 3. The indirect adrenaline method is applicable to evaluation of SOD activity in the presence of DDC. 4. 4. Changes in SOD optical spectra indicated that Cu(II) is involved in DDC reaction. This reaction was accelerated by increase of DDC concentration, elevation of temperature and decrease of pH values. |
