Popis: | Internet of things (IoT) is one of the technologies in the boom. The technology aids in communicating with the devices without human intervention. Many methodologies are utilized to make it happen. Energy is one such limited resource which is to be preserved. Hence, better methods have to be applied that aids in minimal energy consumption. Device-To-Device communication without any supervision requires many precautions to be taken. The paper details the work proposed by authors and the other cautions to be taken to bring the technology to better heights. {"references":["Shah, Hussain S, Yaqoob I (August 2016), \"A survey: internet of things (IOT) technologies, applications and challenges\", IEEE Smart Energy Grid Engineering, pp. 381−385","Akkaya, Kemal, Guvenc I, Aygun R, Pala N, Kadri A (2015), \"IoT-based occupancy monitoring techniques for energy- efficient smart buildings\", IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference Workshops (WCNCW), New Orleans, LA, USA, pp. 58−63","Sen, Shreyas (2016), \"Context-aware energy-efficient communication for IoT sensor nodes\", 53nd ACM/EDAC/IEEE Design Automation Conference (DAC), Austin, TX, USA, pp. 1−6","Arshad, Rushan, Zahoor S, Shah MA, Wahid A, Yu.
