Popis: The Internet of Things (IoT) is a new trend in information and communication technology that allows people to share, communicate, and exchange data from anywhere and at any time. This thesis presents the design and implementation of self-powered, intelligent, and multi-functional human-machine interfaces based on novel triboelectric sensors to fulfil the needs of IoT platforms. On the other hand, IoT-connected healthcare monitoring is not only a supplement to conventional clinical treatment, but also a preventative measure in healthcare. Sensor technologies that enable cuff-less blood pressure measurement and remote respiratory monitoring are also presented in this research.
