The Effect of Liquidity, Profitability, Asset Growth and Company Size on Capital Structure

Popis: This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability, asset growth, and company size on capital structure. The population in this study are companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2018 to 2021 period. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method and obtained 15 companies. This research is a quantitative study with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and asset growth have an effect on capital structure, while profitability and firm size have no effect on capital structure.
