Popis: The purpose of this study was to examine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior and the performance of members of the National Police at the Kendari Police. Data collection is done by using questionnaires and documentation. The population of this research is all members of the Kendari Police as many as 800 members, then sampling and producing as many as 89 members. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS 3. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at the Kendari Police, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at the Kendari Police, Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on performance at the Kendari Police, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at the Kendari Police, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance at the Kendari Police, organizational commitment plays a role in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior at the Kendari Police, organizational commitment plays a role in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on performance at the Kendari Police.
