Popis: | Ever since new System on Chips got more powerful and integrated into small scale printed circuit boards, with the development of new generation processors, a whole new generation of devices started to appear in everyday life. Two of the most intriguing one are smartphones and air drones or UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles). This paper suggests that combination of both can significantly add to cost effective Search and Rescue (SAR) operations in remote areas with no terrestrial infrastructure available and only GPS as guidance. |
