Popis: The accumulation of neutrophils in the invasive margin and IL-17 expression predicts reduced survival in GC patients. 245 paraffin-embedded GC samples were stained with an anti-CD66b Ab. The patients were divided into two groups according to the median CD66b+ neutrophil density. Overall survival and progression-free survival of 245 patients; High infiltration of neutrophils in the invasive margin was associated with reduced survival in different TNM stages. Cumulative overall and progression-free survival time were calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method and analyzed by the log-rank test (A). Kaplan-Meier analysis of progression-free survival and overall survival stratified by IL-17 expression in GC patients (B).
