Popis: | Scinderin (Sc), a Ca(2+)-regulated actin-binding protein, has been previously shown to control submembranous actin dynamics in regulated secretion. The results of the present study suggest the possibility that Sc might act as a molecular switch in the control of cortical F-actin dynamics during secretion. |
