Popis:	Treatment of an infrahepatic caval anastomotic stenosis with percutaneous transluminal balloon angioplasty is described in a patient 5 weeks after liver transplantation. Pressure measurements confirmed the significance of the obstruction and the success of the dilatation procedure.
