Popis: | Aberrant forms of bacteria were observed in blood cultures obtained from four patients. One Enterobacter cloacae , one E. coli and two Klebsiella pneumoniae were isolated at 48 hr. from blood cultures. All four patients had received penicillin, ampicillin, or cephalothin shortly before the blood cultures were obtained. |
