Popis:	Hotel industry is a major contributor and generated enormous potential in the area of service sector. The study revealed the issues and challenges faced by the hotel industry as a whole by the owners, management as well as operational staff working in its present status caused by the food delivery apps. The aim of the survey is to know how the hoteliers are facing innumerable problems, accepting challenges and run for cover business as food delivery apps grab their business. It is an eminent fact that competition for the hotel industry has been getting tougher with every foot step and the fact of the matter is that industry is still gradually flourishing at a constant rate and tries to grab the business.
