Popis: | The Aspergillus mycotoxins ochratoxin A and B, citrinin and patulin as well as combinations of ochratoxin A and citrinin did not induce reverse mutations in Salmonella typhimurium strain TA102. Therefore there is no indication for the induction of oxidative damage or crosslinks. The same is true for cnestine, a compound extracted from the plant Cnestis glabra. |
