| Popis: | Congenital subluxation of the peroneal tendons is an uncommon, but not rare condition. In almost all cases, it will spontaneously resolve without requiring any treatment. Presented is a case report of the condition affecting the patient bilaterally. The subluxation did not resolve and the patient was subsequently treated with a modification of the Kelly procedure. |
