Popis: | Absorption of radioactive cholesterol given in triolein was nearly three-fold that of a similar dose given in ethyl oleate or oleic acid. The difference appears to reflect a need for monoglyceride, since addition of 2-monoolein to ethyl oleate improved cholesterol absorption. |
