The basic requirements to the mechanism of state guarantee of minimization of threats in multimodal transportations are determined. It is proved that the integral mechanism of state guarantee of minimization of threats should include elements of safety of information flow and actual movement of cargo. The meaning of the mechanism of state guarantee of minimization of threats of supply chains in multimodal transport of goods is established. It is determined that such measures provide the definition of parts of the supply chain, which are formed on the basis of certain organizational and legal acts regulating the process of multimodal transport and aimed at preventing and neutralizing the threats to the supply chain links during the implementation of multimodal transport of goods. |
