Popis: | Good medical practices can significantly reduce the possibility of diversion and misuse of the stimulants commonly prescribed to treat ADHD. While the problems of misuse and abuse are real, they should not become a barrier to appropriate use of these medicines, which are safe and effective for the large majority of patients with ADHD using them. With appropriate care, physicians treating patients with ADHD can be confident that their treatments are safe, not only for the patients they treat, but also for the communities in which they live. |
