Popis: THROMBOEMBOLISM has not been a clinical problem after insertion of transvenous pacemaker electrodes despite the presence of an intracardiac foreign body. This report documents the presence of a large thrombus on the electrode, with subsequent pulmonary infarction. Case Report B.P.
