Popis:	The results of Polytef injection of the vocal cords in 34 patients carried out over the last three years are reviewed. Two complications of respiratory distress were noted. It was shown that it is easy and safe to carry out this procedure under general anaesthesia using a shorter needle and a modified laryngoscope. There were no complications to the general anaesthetic.
